Video Remote Interpretation (VRI)
Our VRI supports 350 languages with 50 languages on-demand and growing. Our court certified OLA Interpreters are video remote ready. OLA Interpreters are required to have a fully functional video remote studio. We specialize in VRI for the legal community. OLA PLS can provide a Zoom platform or our clients preferred video conference platform.

Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI)
OPI is a quick and effective method to communicate with your LEP (Limited English Proficient) clients. Our interpreters are ready to assist you with our on-demand system that support 350 languages. OPI is a great option for small contacts or gathering information such as Probation or pretrial check-in and informal communication.

Municipal Court Language Solutions
Municipal courts have unique language service challenges compared to State, Federal or Immigration courts. OLA PLS provides solution packages that includes one on-site Spanish interpreter and access to on-demand remote interpretation in 350 languages. Additionally, we provide translation for all public documents and signage for your court at a reasonable rate. All our packages are carefully tailored to meet your municipal courts language needs. We provide document translations for legal documents at a reasonable rate. Our document translations come with a Certificate of Authentication and Accuracy. Our translators are certified by the ATA (American Translators Association), and/or have a degree in translation and interpretation from various universities around the world. We can translate documents to and from most languages.

Interpretation Service Retainers
For on-going cases or law practices that require a consistent use of an interpreter, retaining our services maybe a better fit for your firm. A court-certified interpreter is assigned to your firm to help interpret all types of encounters with your Limited English Proficient (LEP) clients. Our retainer clients also have access to our 350 language on-demand system for quick, last-minute client-communication needs. Our retainer rates are competitive, reasonable and a great way to save time and money.

Legal Terminology Workshops
We provide remote workshops for Spanish/English legal and social service professionals. These workshops are designed to provide correct legal terminology for ongoing clients and instruct participants on how to identify and overcome false-cognitives that may come up during client meetings. You will receive tools to improve effectiveness as a dual-language communicator.
